Promixon has been exporting custom-made mixing systems all over the world for five years to meet every application need, regardless of the type of material that the customer has to work with.
One of the most important projects than the company has been working on in recent months has been carried out for one of the Italian customers of the company, who urgently needed to replace six horizontal mixers with the new FX High Speed Mixers, destined to the mixing of thermosetting resins with pigments, fillers and additives.
The customer was visited and all the necessary information collected to find the best solution for their production needs. After careful analysis, the purchase of three FX-2500 was suggested.
This project put Promixon to the test very much, as it was able to produce, deliver and install three mixers in less than four months, making them compatible with the exhisting mixing structure and re-engineering the process in Industry 4.0 key.
A smarter production control
Through a partnership with TraceToo company, Promixon has created intelligent cones that, thanks to RFID readers for batch traceability, eliminate manual operations by making products handling even faster and more efficient.
In fact, using a touch screen control panel, the operator can automatically associate the production batch to the tank in the filing phase, checking the consistency of all the parameters.
