A 6.6m wide BOPA line, designed for a mechanical speed of 320m/min is for sure one of the most powerful machines of its kind in the world. And this was exactly what the renowned Chinese film producer Ningbo Ruicheng Packing Material Co., Ltd. was looking for, when deciding to broaden their BO film portfolio. Once again they teamed up with their long-standing partner Brückner Maschinenbau, based on the experience of an excellent cooperation with the two previous BOPP projects: Ningbo Ruicheng is successfully operating a 8.7m line and a 10.4m line and thus is one of China's most productive producers of biaxially oriented PP films.
Usually, starting a BOPA line is not that easy – especially when it is the first one for the film manufacturer. But this joint project benefitted from Ningbo Ruicheng's experience with large BO lines, Brückner's unique know-how when it comes to design, process and install PA projects and both parties' absolutely smooth cooperation.
