DowDuPont™ has recently announced the names of the companies to emerge on the basis of the existing divisions after its final business partition planned for 2019.
Agriculture Division will be renamed Corteva Agriscience™. Its new logo has already been created.
Materials Science Division will bear Dow brand name and diamond as a logo. It will be the first to leave the now-existing holding company.
Specialty Products Division will "inherit" DuPont brand along with 215-year background.
The future partition of the largest chemical company in the world had been determined even before it was actually created through merger of Dow Chemical and DuPont in August 2017. The two managing teams combined their effort, now-how and resources to create three new state-of-the-art companies
Most of the existing globally recognized product brand names will go on being distributed between the new businesses.
