| conEX NG 65: flexible, energy-efficient PVC processing |
The conEX NG line is made up of conical twin screw machines, designed first of all to meet the requirements of PVC processors for flexible and saving operating equipment.
The range of marketed conEX NG machines includes three different sizes (42, 54 and 65 mm) providing output from 35 to 250 kg of profile or 50 to 450 kg of pipe per hour.
Along with the ability to produce PVC pipe and profiles on the same machine this series posses the following flexible options:
- the motor can be mounted in different positions,
- it is possible to utilize various combinations of auxiliary equipment including dosing and tempering systems,
- an efficient cleaning process allows for quick color changes.
Optimized insulation of the tempering barrel reduces heat losses thus making the extrusion line much more energy-saving.

Single screw solEX NG series focuses on large scale production. These machines were designed to shorten production cycles due to the optimized melt process temperature providing up to 20% increase in productivity. They also need less time for preparatory and start up operations.
solEX NG extruders energy consumption was optimized mostly by cutting unwanted losses and making cooling system more efficient.
This series is available in four models ranging from 60 to 120 mm in size and from 1,000 to 2,500 kg/h in productivity processing HDPE (750-1,800 kg/h for PP).
