Taiwan’s first BOPA LISIM line from Brückner successfully on stream

Li Ling Film Co., a subsidiary of Lealea Enterprise Co., ceremoniously opened their new BOPA films manufacturing plant in Changhua County's Fangyuan Township, Taiwan. Centrepiece is the 6.6m wide Brückner LISIM line for the manufacture of up to 11,500 tpa of finest oriented polyamide films.
James Kuo, LiLing Film's Chairman, says: "With our new plant we will enter the circle of top BOPA film producers. As a longstanding successful PA supplier, we already have profound experience with the raw material, and are now completing this with Brückner's comprehensive know-how in PA film stretching and especially with their unique simultaneous technology. This combination will help us to satisfy the challenging demands of or target markets."
The line's layout includes some of the latest features:
- ABC extruder configuration for highest flexibility when manufacturing a wide variety of specialty films
- Film inspection system for a continuously high quality level
- Special transport system FOK 7.1, customized for thin films
