In July, the Board of Directors of Macchi S.p.A. has appointed Dr. Eng. Paolo Perazzi as General Manager of Macchi S.p.A. Paolo Perazzi takes over from Dr. Anthony M. Caprioli, to whom the Board of Directors has expressed a heartfelt thanks for the carried-out activities.
The appointment of Paolo Perazzi as General Manager aims to strengthen the management team and to improve the management processes, also in view of a path of further development that Macchi intends to undertake.
Besides the team strengthening and management aspects, Paolo Perazzi will also dedicate himself on Macchi's business diversifying process into new market fields and international development. All this guaranteeing absolute continuity in terms of shareholding.

Paolo Perazzi, a graduate in electronic engineering from the Milan Polytechnic, is an international manager with more than 25 years of experience in multinational companies, SME and consulting firms. Paolo Perazzi has been also CMO of Prysmian S.p.A. and CEO of Fimotec S.p.A
