Among the customers confident as for the use of the tool is Turan Plastics based in Istanbul, Turkey. Boasting a production of 18 thousand tons of various polymer packaging per year, Turan is a top family-owned national thermoformer.
A three-month testing period coming to its end, Yusuf Turan, the owner of Turan Plastics, explains why he is highly satisfied with the tool from Marbach: "Through the application of MT|easy speed, we do not only have a consistent wall thickness, but also a better material distribution in our thermoformed products. The tool setup time is very short and its handling exceptionally good, which increases production efficiency. We have a 10% higher productivity with the Marbach tools, compared to other tool manufacturers. Our process is more stable, and we save energy through the highly efficient mold cooling."
