It often happens that a food producer would rather use a unique packaging for this or that vendible, however the cost for small batch produced packing materials is usually a barrier.
ES-Plastic offers a solution for small series of trays, lids, cups and other PP-packaging items. A new GN 1914 DM thermoforming machine is specifically adapted for quick and cost-effective manufacturing of plastic materials in small amounts. Retooling and set up times are rather short and the in house costs are remarkably low.
GN 1914 DM is most effective with 0.25 to 1.50 mm films up to 850 mm wide. Two lower dies make it possible to produce different items at once. The new solution is also ecologically-oriented as all the excessive material can be easily recycled to be later utilized for manufacturing of new products.
