ProTec is going to take its newly developed SOMOS Batchmix batch dosing series to Moscow to its booth at Interplastica trade show next January. It will be the first presentation of these high-precision gravimetric units in Russia.
The dosers are designed to handle from 4 up to 6 components at a time preparing a mixture ready to be processed. The machines are supplied in 3 sizes depending on the required throughput: from "M" version (up to 240 kg/h) to" L" model (up to 1,100 kg/h) and finally to "XL" unit (up to 1,920 kg/h).
ProTec dosing units feature a modular design making it possible to flexibly change the number of components utilized. A Batchmix can be easily connected with an extruder as well as other peripheral equipment to create Industry 4.0 environment.
SOMOS batch dosing units boast an easy to operate control system with a 6" touch sensitive display to set and monitor all the necessary parameters. These machines also stand out by their perfect maintainability.
Apart from Batchmix dosers, ProTec will also advertise mobile auxiliary dryers and other solutions at Interplastica trade show.
