It con rms the commitment in the transition towards an economy increasingly focused on reducing environmental impact, generating value and improving the community welfare by synergically combining technology, innovation and human assets. I n 2024 Moretto achieved an im- portant goal: the publication of the Sustainability Report. Covering the calendar year 2023, it is based on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria and in com- pliance with the international GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) stan- dards. The report con rms the com - pany's formal and structured com- mitment to environmental, social and economic sustainability. “For us, the Sustainability Report is a way of dialogue, to communicate what we do and to measure our- selves in new challenges in the socio- environmental eld. A commitment that involves the whole company in an active and motivated way, a starting point that will lead us to set new ambitious goals for the future, underlining our orientation towards continuous improvement,” states Renato Moretto, founder and presi- dent of the company. The voluntary publication, ahead of regulatory re- quirements, underlines the desire to implement transparent commu- nication making known choices and actions aimed at minimizing envi- ronmental impact, generating value and improving the community well- being.
