36 Extrusion International 4/2020 PIPE EXTRUSION The scarcity of water that the Span- ish southeast suffers persistently and the insufficient efficiency of the current irrigation system has deter- mined that the Irrigation Community has approved the substitution of the Project for theModernization of the Regable Area of the Irrigation Community of the Tajo – Segura Transfer – Librialla.
