He succeeds Ulrich Reifen- häuser, who had been in this posi - tion for more than 25 years. With this decision, the family-owned ma - chinery and plant manufacturer is consistently continuing the already initiated generational transition in its management structure. "I am very much looking forward to my new role as CSO and the as- sociated task of strengthening our leading position in the market. One focus will certainly be the further expansion of our international sales and service units, which will enable us to become even more customer- centric in the market," says Per - revort. Perrevort has held various sales and management positions within the Reifenhäuser Group for over ten years – most recently as Manag - ing Director of Reifenhäuser Blown Film. In his new role as CSO, he is pri - marily responsible for the Group's sales and service strategy and its alignment with the activities of the business units. Ulrich Reifenhäuser says: "I have beenworkingwithMarcelPerrevort for many years now. He knows our business like the back of his hand. Knowing that I am passing the po - sition on to a competent person makes it very easy for me." Ulrich Reifenhäuser will con- tinue his work in associations and committees within the plastics in- dustry and will remain at the dis- posal of the Reifenhäuser Group as a representative and consultant with adjusted work hours. AlsowitheffectfromJuly1,Eugen Friedel is leading the business of Reifenhäuser Blown Film as the new part of the dual management team alongside Dr. Andreas Neuss. Friedel succeeds Marcel Perrevort, who has moved to the Reifen- häuser Group holding company as Chief Sales Officer. Friedel has held various sales po- sitions at Reifenhäuser Blown Film for over 25 years – most recently as Sales Director. In addition to focus- ing on sales, he is also responsible for product management and pur - chasing within the dual manage - ment team. "Thanks to his many years in sales, Eugen Friedel knows the challenges and expectations of our customers very well.
