Mit der innovativen Millimeterwellen- Technologie zur Messung des Durchmessers, der Ovalität, der Wanddicke und des Saggings (nur rotierende Version) großer Kunststoffrohre mit einem Durchmesser von 110 bis 3.200 mm überzeugte das Messgerät viele Besucher der renommierten Kunststoffmesse. Bereits bei der Entwicklung des CENTERWAVE 6000 wurden die unterschiedlichen Anforderungen bei der Extrusion von Rohren berücksichtigt. Daher bietet SIKORA das Messgerät vor- nehmlich in einer rotierenden Ausführung und bietet damit ei- ne Wanddickenmessung an 360 Messpunkten des Umfangs. Alternativ steht ein mehrachsiges System mit statischer Senso- rik zur Verfügung. Beide Systeme haben gegenüber anderen Systemen den Vorteil, dass sie absolut berührungsfrei messen, kein Koppelmedium erfordern, keine Kalibrierung benötigen und unabhängig von Material und Temperatur des Messguts sind. Rotierendes CENTERWAVE 6000 R : Für Großrohrhersteller, deren Kunden einen Fokus auf eine Überprüfung des gesamten Umfangs inklusive der Sagging-Werte fordern, bietet SIKORA das CENTERWAVE 6000 R mit einem rotierenden Transceiver an, der das Endprodukt kontinuierlich umkreist und 100 Pro- zent des Umfangs abdeckt. Das CENTERWAVE 6000 R wird mit dem ECOCONTROL 6000 kombiniert, das alle Messwerte num- merisch und grafisch darstellt und umfangreiche Trend- und Statistikfunktionen liefert. Der Bediener erhält darüber hinaus Informationen zur Zentrierung der Spritzwerkzeuge und ther- mischen Regelung der Linie, sodass eine optimale Konzentrizi- tät und minimale Wanddicke sichergestellt werden können. Statisches CENTERWAVE 6000 : Mit zwei festen Transceivern ist das statische CENTERWAVE 6000 ideal geeignet für Produk- tionslinien, in denen es ausreichend ist, den Durchmesser, die Ovalität und die Wanddicke des Endprodukts an vier Mess- punkten zu messen. In Kombination mit dem Anzeige- und Re- gelgerät ECOCONTROL 600 können die Messwerte jederzeit detailliert abgerufen und auf den Sollwert geregelt werden. n Measuring plastic tubes – 100 percent : The CENTERWAVE 6000 celebrated its premiere in front of a specialist audience at the K 2016. With the innovative millimeter wave technology for the measurement of the diameter, ovality, wall thickness and sagging (only rotating version) of large plastic tubes with a diameter from 110 to 3,200 mm, the measuring device con- vinced many visitors of the internationally renowned plastics exhibition. The different requirements during the extrusion of tubes have already been taken into consideration during the development of the CENTERWAVE 6000. Therefore, SIKORA offers the mea- suring device primarily as a rotating version and therefore, of- fers a wall thickness measurement at 360 measuring points on the circumference. As an alternative, a multi-axis system with static sensors is available. Compared to other systems, both SIKORA systems have the advantage to measure on an abso- lutely non-contact basis, do not require any coupling mediums, do not need any calibration and are independent of material and temperature of the product. Rotating CENTERWAVE 6000 R : For manufacturers of large tubes, whose customers require the inspection of the complete circumference including the sagging values, SIKORA offers the CENTERWAVE 6000 R with a rotating transceiver, which con- tinuously orbits the end product and therefore, covers 100 per- cent of the circumference. The CENTERWAVE 6000 R is com- bined with the ECOCONTROL 6000, which displays all measu- ring values numerically and graphically and offers complex trend and statistical functions. Furthermore, the operator re- ceives information regarding the centering of the injection tools and thermal control of the line so that an optimal concentricity and minimal wall thickness are ensured. Static CENTERWAVE 6000 : With two fixed transceivers, the static CENTERWAVE 6000 is ideally suitable for production lines where it is sufficient to measure the diameter, ovality and wall thickness of the end product at four measuring points. In com- bination with the display and control device ECOCONTROL 600, the measuring values can be retrieved and controlled to the nominal values at any time.
