Der Schmelzefilter entspricht damit den aktuellen Marktanforde- rungen. „Wir ergänzen mit dem ABMF 1600 unsere Produktpalette nach oben. Diese Erweiterung unserer bewährten ABMF Serie war ein notwendiger Schritt für noch mehr Durchsatz und noch verbesserte Filtration. Wir haben mit dem ABMF 1600 die Fil- terflächen um 50 Prozent erhöht und werden so den Bedürfnis- sen unserer Kunden gerecht“, so Dr. Friedrich Kastner, CEO BritAS und Thomas Lehner, Director Sales BritAS. Eine erhöhte Filterfläche steigert nicht nur den Output insge- samt, sondern unterstützt Kunden beispielsweise auch bei stark 50 Prozent mehr Filterfläche beim Automatisierten Bandschmelzefilter steigenden Verschmutzungsgraden ihrer Kunststoffabfälle et- wa durch Papierkontamination. Der BritAS Produkt-Neuheit ist ab sofort in den Kombinationen ABMF-1600-12/15/19 erhält- lich. Die ABMF Serie bewährt sich seit Jahrzehnten, die Technik des neuen großen ABMF entspricht dem ABMF 1050. Optimiert wurde das Innenleben beim ABMF 1600 für einen nochmals verbesserten Schmelzefluss. „Neu am ABMF sind zudem die erhöhte Motorleistung des Bandabzugs und des Bandmagazins. The project was characterized by a good cooperation and the strong support of the KAMPF representation Jagib S.L. in Spain. Prior to the order placement specialists from Global Films thoroughly examined a Conslit slitter in the KAMPF technology center. Global Films Barcelona (GFE) is located near Barcelona, Spain for more than 25 years, and has had warehouses in Porto, Portugal for six years, and a recently opened one in Milan, Italy. GlobalFilms distributes and slits films such as BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, and other products specific to each of these markets. The Spanish company is fully “service” fo- cused, in the meaning of offering their costumers the most reliable deliveries from single reel up to full tracks or contai- ners. The main aims are flexibility, accuracy, capability, quality and in addition: committed service. When GlobalFilms decided to expand the slitting department of the company all of the above mentioned criteria were considered. The Conslit slitter, which was commissioned last year in Spain, is already the third slitter from KAMPF, among them one machine with a double turret rewind system. The machine improves GFE’s perfor- mance and quality, with high flexibility and excellent slitting quality. The new unit increases the capabilities to work with materials up to widths of 2,000 mm and parent rolls with maxi- mum diameter of 1,200 mm.
