A specialist of a Russian company commented: "Kai Mei extrusion blow molding machine has proved to be a reliable worker. The mould design is complicated and producing seats with minimal burr (casting material) is quite a challenging task. But the machine managed it perfectly. Machine and moulds high stability and accuracy allowed us to get a product at a minimum cost. The machine is equipped with simple and clear interface resulting in less time for operators' training. Besides, long service interval helps to minimize operating costs considerably. The Kai Mei machine allowed us to produce world-class products. Our project is exclusive in Russia, since, as far as I know, blown stadium seats of such quality and structure have never been produced in our country. Our company has become a pioneer and leader in extrusion blow molding of stadium seats in Russia."
Kai Mei PBI-905 extrusion blow molding machine has a powerful hydraulic clamping system and equipped with high-quality hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics. Machine's special characteristics are first-in and first-out die head, a wide range of optional equipment and user-friendly control interface. All parameters of the machine and the production process (temperature control, pressure in the hydraulic system, timer, choice of parison) are displayed on the monitor and set by the control unit. The control interface is translated into Russian directly by Russian engineers according to generally accepted technical terms. Main technical characteristics of Kai Mei PBI-905 extrusion blow molding machine are listed below.
