Zhongyun Group: New corrugated pipe line successfully installed

Recently, a new ZC-1200H double wall corrugated PE pipe production line made by Zhongyun Group for a PE pipe Co. in Turkey has been commissioned and passed the on-site inspection and acceptance. At present, this line has been put into commercial production already.
The Model ZC-1200H production line can produce PE/PP double wall corrugated pipe in diameter of ID300-OD1200mm. It is highly spoken by customers for its stable working, expected pipe quality and output. Consecutive pressure water cooling for mould blocks to get higher cooling efficiency and reliability. Moulds are compatible between different sizes of corrugator machines in a quite wide range.
Zhongyun Groups high-speed corrugated pipe equipment and professional after-sales service have been highly recognized by the Turkish market. Some of the company′s customers have successively purchased three sets corrugated production lines, and the corrugated pipe specifications range from 100mm to 1500mm.
