Southeast Asia's number 1 film producer A.J. Plast and Brückner Maschinenbau are connected by a long and strong partnership of more than 30 years. After the first joint project in 1989, project number 14 now follows: A 10.5m BOPET line with a production speed of 550 m/min and an output of 6,000 kg/h.
The new BOPET line features the latest functions for lowest energy consumption. It is also equipped with most modern and state-of-the-art features for highest film quality production.
With the new line, the Thailand-based film producer is expanding its extensive BO line park, which covers BOPET as well as BOPA and BOPP.
Mr. Kittiphat Suthisamphat, Managing Director of A.J. Plast, says: “This BOPET expansion project together with our reliable partner Brückner is the logical consequence to satisfy the further increasing film demand in Thailand and in the ASEAN region. In addition, we expect from this new line with latest technology a further step into the “go green era” as well as entering the “smart factory era”.”
Helmut Huber, COO Brückner Maschinenbau, proudly adds: “We are very pleased and proud to be able to look back on such a long and successful partnership with A.J. Plast. It is all the more gratifying that A.J. Plast continues to rely on Brückner quality and expresses its confidence in our technology through the new BOPET project. This makes us very proud.“
