Dri-Air Industries is growing. A significant addition at the headquarters and manufacturing facility in East Windsor, Connecticut was recently announced.
The new addition increases the company's manufacturing and warehousing capacity by about 50% as well as improves in-stock components. "This will allow us to stock larger hoppers and components for our fastest growing segment, our large dryer market," said Jason Sears, Dri-Air President.
The leading applications for Dri-Air dryers is for custom drying and conveying systems serving plastic injection & extrusion processors. Mr. Sears pointed out that Dri-Air's closed loop temperature based regeneration process uses substantially less electricity than wheel dryers or any other similar product on the market. The need for virtually all manufacturers to continually reduce energy consumption is driving much of the business that has required the new expansion.
Mr. Sears added that the new production space and equipment will greatly enhance Dri-Air's ability to integrate manufacturing of all dryer parts in one Dri-Air facility for faster lead times and continued growth.
