The plant, a 1800 mm POD 5-layer line, supplied to a primary plastics transformer operating in the beverage sector, has recently been tested and will ensure the production of up to 500 kg/h of collation shrink/stretch hood film.
Thanks to the water cooling of the extruders, the plant will guarantee reduced energy consumption, thus allowing the manufacturer a real optimization of the entire life cycle management costs.
Macchi achieved a further important goal in the international development process, opening a new market and thus bringing the total number of markets served to 88.
