The world's premier fair for the plastics and rubber industry will take place next 16th to 23th October 2019 in Düsseldorf, Germany.

With more than 3.000 exhibitors and visited in its last edition by 230.000 professionals from around 160 countries, the K fair is the meeting point for professionals and companies of the sector.

Molecor will participate in this important event dedicated to innovation and will present its latest developments and its technology for manufacturing PVC-O pipe and fittings. The technology developed by Molecor is based on an efficient and productive system along all the process, making it possible the manufacture of Oriented PVC pipes and fittings with a significant energy saving as well as with a great efficiency in the use of natural resources.

As a novelty, this year Molecor will also present its latest product development, CPVC-O pipes, which are suitable for the transport of fluids at high temperatures or in hot environments.

The development of CPVC-O is the result of Molecor's experience along its trajectory over more than 10 years, its continuous I+D+i and it has been possible thanks to the collaboration of Lubrizol with the raw material, TemRite 88703. For the development of CPVC-O the M-OR-P-1640 model was adapted to work on a higher range of temperatures than the usual, resulting the tests carried out in a material with better mechanical properties, even better than those specified in the standard.

CPVC-O becomes one more option in the canalizations sector with the possibility of being massively applied in civil works when working in environments with high temperatures.
