Aliaxis completes stock purchase of pipe producer Silver-Line Plastics

Aliaxis SA, a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of advanced plastic piping systems, has announced in the beginning of November the successful completion of the stock purchase of Silver-Line Plastics, a US leader in the manufacturing of plastic pipe products. Silver-Line Plastics will be integrated within IPEX, the North American Aliaxis company.

Silver-Line Plastics is a US leader in the manufacturing of plastic pipe productswith state-of-the-art production facilities in Asheville, North Carolina; Lawton, Oklahoma; and Fort Pierce, Florida. With this acquisition, IPEX will increase its market position in the US with an expanded product portfolio serving a broader client base.
