Ingenia acquired the Bayshore masterbatch tolling operations in Texas

Ingenia Polymers, the leader in providing one-stop, full-service, post reactor operations for the world’s largest polymer producers and a global player in proprietary masterbatches and concentrates for converters, has acquired the Bayshore masterbatch tolling operations located at 1300 McCabe Road, La Porte, Texas (“Bayshore”) that were part of A. Schulman, Inc. prior to its acquisition by LyondellBasell in 2018. The Bayshore transaction closed on March 2, 2020.

With this acquisition, Ingenia brings added expertise and capacity to its existing world-class team and infrastructure, increases its leadership in the polymer producer services market, and expands its capability to serve the converter market.
