OCS GmbH will present the OCS Pellet Scanner PS25C, which can be used as a laboratory or online device. A special feature is the optional sorting unit on this device, which simultaneously separates contaminated granules from pure granules.No matter if impurities that show a colour deviation from the product, metal defects or the classification of upper and lower size as well as the abrasion of pellets - with OCS devices you can find every raw material defect and every irregularity that appears. For this purpose, they are equipped with innovative camera technology and special lighting systems. Furthermore, they are individually adapted to the requirements of the products to be produced by the raw material manufacturers or compounders.

The polymer and compounding industry is striving for production integrated and standardised analysis concepts to perform measurements in real time.
