Salt Creek Capital announced in autumn the acquisition of Endural, LLC (“Endural” or the “Company”), a leading designer and manufacturer of thermoformed material handling containers. Founded in 1960 and headquartered in Costa Mesa, California, Endural manufactures a broad range of proprietary material handling containers specifically designed to offer maximum protection during the transportation of large industrial items. The Company’s reusable transportation cases provide an environmentally friendly alternative to cardboard-based alternatives that cannot be stacked or easily handled using a forklift.
Jeff Pyle, incoming CEO, commented, “This is a terrific outcome for our company, customers, partners and workforce. Endural’s management team looks forward to working with Salt Creek to expand production capabilities, launch new products, and add customer support staff to better meet the growing demand for our transportation cases.
Sue Williams, VP of Sales, stated “Endural has a long history of providing highly engineered shipping containers to the engine and transmission remanufacturing industry. Our customers know they can rely on us to design and manufacture technically challenging thermoformed products. We are delighted to be partnering with Salt Creek to accelerate our expansion into new markets and geographies.”
Headquartered in Southern California, Endural is a leading provider of thermoformed material handling containers predominantly sold to engine and transmission remanufacturers. Endural designs and manufactures over 300 proprietary material handling containers manufactured from high-density polyethylene.
