Mica Corporation, a leading manufacturer of water-based primers and coatings for the flexible packaging industry since 1971, finalized an agreement with PT Eka Warna Kimia (PT EWK) in February to be Mica’s exclusive distributor throughout Indonesia.
Mica has had an established sales presence in Indonesia for more than 15 years and is strategically collaborating with PT EWK to continue to grow in the region.

PT EWK is based in Jakarta and has almost 50 years of experience providing process solutions for the Indonesian polymer industry. They will be partnering with Mica to provide water-based extrusion primers to converters of flexible packaging. MICA extrusion primers, such as MICA A-131-X and MICA H-760-A will help converters to enhance bond strengths, improve barrier properties, and promote adhesion to various substrates for a large range of flexible packaging applications.
