On June 20th, SENOPLAST was proud to inaugurate the newly built extrusion line at its headquarters in Piesendorf, Austria. The machine, which is equipped with state-of-the-art technology for plastics processing, is specialized in the production of semi-finished products made of ABS, ABS/PMMA, ABS/PC and PS in smooth finish as well as in various embossings. The new machine increases the annual production capacity by about 4,500 tons.
"The new production plant is a significant investment in the future to secure jobs in the region and strengthen our position in the market," explains Günter Klepsch, managing director of Senoplast Klepsch & Co. GmbH.
As the major concern in the internationally operating Klepsch Group, Senoplast produces high-grade plastic sheets and films for the most varied application areas: ca. 50,000 tonnes per year of senosan® products per year which are delivered worldwide from the main factory in Piesendorf and the production plant in Querétaro, Mexico.
