The Brabender Stand-Alone Extruder KE30 is a powerful multi-purpose machine applied for analyzing the processability of numerous materials, such as thermoplastics(e.g. PE, PP, PVC), thermoplastic elastomers (e.g. TPU), engineering thermoplastics (e.g. PC, PA) and others more like PEEK. By means of appropriate extrusion dies it produces tubes, profiles, round rods, blown or flat films ona lab scale. Moreover, Brabender offers a broad range of different screws andother tools as well as multiple enhancement options connectable through the CANopen bus system.

Its high-performance features and its compact design make the KE 30 the first choice for small-scale production, the production of reference samples and quality profiles as well asfor recipe development.

The new version of this machine comes with a modern and state-of-the-art housing design. Besides that, reduced processing heights (for an optional application for co-extrusion) and processing lengths 32 D  are now available.

With the help of a user-friendly software, measurement data such as operation and evaluation parameters can be stored in an MS Access database and converted for further processing with standard MS Office applications.
