From 9 to 12 of October, PiovanGroup with its brands Piovan and Thermal Care will be exhibiting at ALLPacK Indonesia 2024 exhibition that will take place at in the JIExpo in Jakarta, Indonesia. This event is one of the international exhibition on processing, packaging, automation, handling for food & beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic in Indonesia.

The PiovanGroup will be present with its stand to showcase its comprehensive range of automation systems for the storage, conveying, and processing of polymers and plastics.
On display there will Quantum Q12, the gravimetric blender suitable for all plastic materials, immune to vibrations and easy to use. It ensures high precision and accuracy in dosing process, which quick material change, simple cleaning, perfect mixing with semi spherical shape and special shaft design.
Also exhibited will be, Easytherm, the new open system temperature controller by Thermal Care that uses water as process fluid and operates at temperatures up to 140°C.
As for analysis instruments, visitors may discover Moisture Minder, the solution for the in-line measurement of moisture in plastic granules and Inspecta AC, the unique and innovative instrument to measure Acetaldehyde in PET granules, preforms, sheet and bottles.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to see Odor Minder, the electronic nose developed by Piovan that can be provided with Easypure and ensures an immediate evaluation of the effectiveness of the odour removal process from the treated granule, for greater control of the deodorisation process.
Visitors will also see a live demo of Winfactory 4.0, the supervision software for the smart factory that increases plants productivity and optimises product quality.
