Satisfaction at Moretto for the results of the recent edition of Fakuma, where the Massanzago-based manufacturer launched the new Hyper Cut multi-blade starve-feeding granulator. This machine features low rotation speed (280 rpm) with a variable set-up suitable for grinding scrap, purge residues and blown bodies using 15 movable blades. The motor power is discharged to a single movable blade and three standard fixed blades. The result is a hyper-productive machine with reduced noise and dust emissions as well as low energy consumption.
The screen covers 160 degrees, contributing to the system's hyper-productivity, while its versatility is also the result of the rotor and cutting elements that can be configured according to different applications. Hyper Cut's open-rotor design allows excellent accessibility to the granulator’s internals.
