One highlight will be the unique and innovative material RKW HyJet® that RKW produced worldwide as the first manufacturer inline. As the producer stresses, the both soft and strong material is made of 100% polypropylene and is highly tear resistant thanks to the continuous filaments building the nonwovens' base. RKW HyJet® is available in various colors and weights which makes it suitable for various applications – e.g., for the hygiene and personal care segments, for industrial applications or in the building and furniture industries.
"RKW stands for flexibility and high-quality products. We offer our customers high-performance nonwoven solutions that perfectly match their specific requirements" mentions Ludger Kuhn, General Manager of RKW's two nonwovens plants RKW Gronau and RKW HydroSpun. "As pioneer of the inline production of hydroentangled spunbond nonwovens, we continuously improve our products to meet the highest expectations." In addition to RKW HyJet® the company will showcase thermobonded nonwovens, elastic carded nonwovens as well as elastic and non-elastic laminates.
