FLAKE PURIFIER+ |
In September 11 - 15, Munich will welcome the exhibitors and sector professionals at Drinktec 2017. At its booth, Sesotec GmbH will unveil its upgraded sorting units for PET flake waste — a premiere for the company as well. Sesotec aims thus at recyclers who seek cost-effective integrated solutions for PET flake recycling, supplied from a single source, from pneumatic separator to sorter. Therefore, the brushed up FLAKE PURIFIER+ sorting unit boasting multiple sensors will be among the Drinktec high points this year.
With the deep expertise, drawing equally on the company's two-decade history of creating sorting equipment for PET flake recycling and on the associated feedback, Sesotec now holds all the cards. FLAKE PURIFIER series brings numerous benefits for recyclers, e.g. well-orchestrated joint action of mechanical sorting and sensors, plus a single contact person when it comes to support.
The FLAKE PURIFIER+ system to be demonstrated at Drinktec has been amended as for material infeed and throughput: PET flake flow is now smoother than ever, enabling higher line productivity. The system integrates without difficulty into existing equipment and requires little maintenance due in part to its dustproof design. The performance of FLAKE PURIFIER+ is additionally enhanced by dedicated dust and label removal circuits. Just as for any multisensor sorting system from Sesotec, this one can be supplied in a number of effective widths and with any required sensor arrangement.
Michael Perl heads the Sorting Recycling division at Sesotec. He says the company's engineers were driven by the customers' pronounced interest in single-source, user-friendly, high-throughput sorting lines. Michael sees this as an important milestone with mutual benefits: customer time for coordinating a new recycling line project is drastically cut down; moreover, the sorting unit delivers top performance. The upgraded FLAKE PURIFIER+ is a cutting-edge multisensor sorting solution for the next-generation, highly sustainable recyclers.
