23 Extrusion Asia Edition 2/2017 新的FSL 48成型,灌装,封切生产线,适合卫生灌装和包装,特 别是乳制品,加上可生产不同几何形状的热成型杯和卓越的IML- T热成型模内贴装饰 New FSL 48 form, fill and seal line designed for hygienic filling and packaging especially of dairy products, coupled with brilliant IML-T decoration of thermoformed cups of different geometries 高清洁度”和“Productivity 高效率”于一体的设计理念。我们的 目标是延长热成型机器的高质量运作时间,提高设备的运作 效率和高品质成型品的产量。 高生产卫生水平在生产工序里,除了提升机器设备的可 用性以外,也是延长高质量运作时间的主要标准。ILLIG 在成 型,灌装,封切设备生产线 FFS lines 已经根据标准 DIN EN ISO 14159,实现了机器设计的高卫生要求,例如,需接触生 产片材,成型品的设备表面都保持清洁。在转移高卫生水平 生产技术到其它ILLIG热成型设备后,干净的热成型程序减低 了废料的产生,延长了机器的高质量运作时间。此外,设备 的各生产组件得到改良,提升高洁度,热成型过程中的污染 分析也显示了其技术的关键。 FSL 48 成型,灌装,封切生产线 –符合德国VDMA工业 协会的Class V 要求 ILLIG研发成功的的FSL48成型,灌装,封切生产线适用 于食品,特别是乳制品,的生产,可配备多种口味的填充 料,具有CIP(现场清洗)和SIP(现场消毒)功能的灌装配 备,满足食品工业的不同卫生要求,也符合德国VDMA工业 协会卫生等级class V(卫生灌装机)的严格生产卫生要求。 高生产卫生水平的程序从无菌成型开始,到完全封闭的灌装 区(输送隧道可选用CIP/SIP版),封盖材料透过UVC紫外线 或H 2 O 2 双氧水处理消毒。在无菌版的生产线,刚成型的容器 内部经过H 2 O 2 双氧水蒸气进行灭菌,随后由热无菌空气进行 干燥。所有操作都在封闭的无菌模块(灌装区/灌装机)内进 行,不会对机器或环境产生不良影响。 生产线的所有生产程序由伺服驱动,相当平稳,精确, 即使是非常液态的产品也可以被灌装,不易溢出包装容器的 密封边缘上。FFS生产线的所有标准材料可以在FSL48上加 工 , 例 如 PS, PP, 多 层 材 料 ( 例 如 PS / EVOH / PE),APET,甚至由生物聚合物PLA(聚乳酸)制成的片 材。 FSL 48的成型面积是480毫米×320毫米 (生产无标贴容 器包装能延长至350毫米),经过成型,灌装,封切后,一个 标准的12个包装可直接放入包装箱。本生产线适用于单杯, 双杯,4-up或6-up包装规格的生产,裁切刀位能因应包装组 Cleantivity ® – Cleanliness in machine manufacturing with high availability ILLIG again raises its thermoformers to a higher level. Derived from the comprehensive experience in hygiene in form, fill and seal lines (FFS lines) and partly with an integrated specifically designed IML unit, ILLIG transferred the technology of cleanli- ness in the production process to its thermoformers – this is ac- companied by higher machine availability. ILLIG calls this con- cept Cleantivity ® – derived from the terms „Cleanliness“ and „Productivity“. It is our intent to extend operating time, runn- ing time and, ultimately, the quality time of thermoforming ma- chine, to achieve a high line output of high quality parts. Cleanliness in the production process is – besides availability – a major criterion for extension of the quality time. ILLIG already realized hygiene demands with respect to machine design ac- cording to standard DIN EN ISO 14159 in FFS lines and achieves the top goal, i.e. cleanliness of surfaces which are in direct con- tact with packaging materials and which are not in direct con- tact with packaging materials. With the Cleantivity ® know-how ILLIG transfers the requirements with respect to cleanliness to the thermoforming process. Clean formed parts reduce the amount of scrap and thus increase the machine’s quality time. A soiling analysis in the thermoforming process revealed the critical spots which ILLIG eliminated by employing its technical know-how. FSL 48 with variable filler up to hygiene class V according to VDMA The FSL 48 form, fill and seal line developed by ILLIG is suitable for requirements by the food and the dairy industry. The multi- lane filler with CIP (cleaning in place) and SIP (sterilization in place) functions can be equipped technically in such a way that it will meet the different hygiene demands by the food industry, even up to hygiene class V according to VDMA (hygienic filling machines). The hygiene levels of the machines reach from forming with sterile air, a completely closed filling range (tunnel – also available in CIP/SIP version), and with lid material sterili- zation by UVC radiation or H 2 O 2 treatment. In the aseptic version the formed cups (inside) undergo additio- nally spraying with H 2 O 2 spray and subsequent drying by means of hot sterile air. Everything takes place within the closed aseptic module (filling range/filler) and there is no adver- se effect on machine or surroundings.
