This is the result of the Uni- versity of St. Gallen in cooperation with the magazine Wirtschafts- Woche and the Academy of Ger- man Business Leaders. Since 2016, SIKORA has been list- ed for the 6th time in the ranking of the world market leader champi- ons, which is published annually by the WirtschaftsWoche. For this pur- pose, 450 companies are selected as world market leader by the Univer- sity of St. Gallen and the Academy of German Business Leaders accord- ing to a strict procedure. The win- ners are number one or two in at least one relevant market segment and have annual sales of at least 50 million euros, at least 50 percent of which is generated abroad on at least three continents. Only official figures are included in the evalu - ation, such as published annual fi - nancial statements from the Federal Gazette or the latest annual finan - cial statements of listed companies In the current survey, SIKORA was one of three companies from Bre- men, Northern Germany, to receive the award. Every year, SIKORA invests more than 10 percent of its revenue in the research and development of new measuring and control technology as well as inspection, analysis and sorting systems for quality assur- ance during the production of wires and cables, tubes, hoses, pipes and sheets, optical fibers or plastics.
