Latest generation technology for the extrusion of small medical tubes to increase performance, quality and reliability; not solely in the process, but also in regulation and size control. Our lines are equipped with a co-extrusion head to create small flexible PVC tubes, co-extruded with coloured line or radiopaque, where it is much easier and faster to change size. We have improved the external diameter measuring system and tube thickness on 4 points and automatic alarms on size tolerance maintenance.
