The intelligent thermoMETER TIM 8 spot finder pyrometer combines the advantages of a robust pyrometer and a thermal imaging camera. It stands out due to its excellent optical resolution with a state-of-the-art motorized focus which enables remote focusing of the lens. When achieving the predefined threshold, an alert can be output via the integrated process interface. This smart pyrometer is, among other things, used for monitoring of control cabinets, process control or for detection of overheated baked goods.

The thermoMETER TIM 8 pyrometer is compact and can therefore also be integrated in restricted installation spaces. It is designed for standalone operation without a PC. Operation is intuitive without configuration software. The data is then directly output via an analog output, which means the pyrometer is ideally suited to OEM serial applications. An industrial interface with galvanic isolation and three relay and analog outputs each, as well as comprehensive accessories such as air purge collars, protective windows and cooling housings are available as optional extras.
