It has become the expo tradition to abound with conferences combined with discussion panels, seminars, matchmaking and networking meetings as well as the industry plebiscites’ final results announcements.
Most of last year's exhibitors have already confirmed their presence at PLASTPOL 2020. New companies galore also join the expo for the first time. We already know that this year's expo will be record-breaking one - the number of exhibitors has never been so great. This is a clear indicator that not only has the event generated an increased interest every consecutive year, but it also advanced to be a really prestigious trade show. Foreign industry representatives represent more than fifty percent of exhibitors, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Italy, Iran, India, Taiwan, China or from Oman, Russia and Korea, to name a few countries represented at the expo.
A rich and diversified PLASTPOL 2020 agenda
PLASTPOL - industry insiders consider the expo a part of the industry’s tradition. This year's trade show features the latest technologies, machines and equipment necessary for plastics processing and much more. New machine technologies, processing components and plastics are put on display and discussed. The expo also deals with rubber processing and recycling. - The four-day expo is one of the most important events of the industry in South-Eastern Europe. More than half of all exhibitors are foreign companies. Such a large representation of global industry shapes the trade show’s international character. 2019’s project, was the showcase for 910 exhibitors from 42 countries. The expo was held in the Kielce exhibition and congress centre’s 7 expo halls - says Andrzej Mochoń PhD., president of Targi Kielce.

Equipment demonstrations which feature actual production lines sections working live are an important accent of the event. Investors find this an important element before the make an informed decision on buying a particular machine. Plastics processing knowledge-based discussions
PlasticsEuropePolska Foundation in conjunction with the Polish Association of Plastic Converters invites you to join the conference held on the evethe expo, i.e. 18 May. The conference features Polish and international experts. The conference is a knowledge pool on current problems of Polish and European plastic processors, including Single Use Plastics regulations, image of plastics among the general public, Brexit and implementation of the VC "Plastics 2030".
The PlasticsEurope Polska Foundation Conference, held within the scope of the expo, has already become the exhibition tradition - Kielce is the place to present the latest industry data related to production and materials demand in Poland and Europe.
The conference on "Packaging for recycling. Circular economy in practice" is organised by the Waste Management and Recycling Cluster in conjunction with the Recycling Academy.
PLASTPOL will also see the Omniplast competition finals. Targi Kielce and is the contest organiser, however ever since the first contest edition. The industry portal Tworzywa.pl has been its knowledge partner.
The two-day Plastech Info technical seminar is yet another important point on the agenda. The seminar gives an insight into technological innovations and the current state of the plastics processing industry.
BioPlastic Zone
New at the expo - the BioPlastic zone. Biodegradable, compostable, bio-based products, consulting, research and certification services, raw materials, components, additives for bioplastics processing - this and much more at the new expo section. The special expo space is dedicated to raw materials and products as well as processing and machines, recycling, certification and testing of bio-based, biodegradable and compostable materials.
