kalwar are presenting the surface-analysis-system calvamas®VISIONcube, registered for patent, at this years K-trade fair in Düsseldorf.
Fort the past 57 years, the kalwar group have been engaged with the subject of surface treatment with the aid of Plasma- and Coronatechnology.
The cross-sector experiences have been incorporated in the new surface-measuring-system VISIONcube.
The calvamas®VISIONcube is in the position to determine the wetting grade of a drop as well as the angle of contact, reliably and automated, by means of a visual 3D-Analysis and then convert these into bitmap areas. Simultaneously, the drop-dynamism can be determined by the so-called „Meander analysis“ which can help by highlighting faults on the substrate surface.
With the help of formula analogy, the optimal performance parameters for the Plasma-/ Corona pretreatment can be automated and forwarded via a network connection to an attached production facility.
calvamas®VISIONcube is the perfect interface between production planning, production and quality control in the converting industry, but can, ideally, also be applied in pharmaceutical research and microbiology laboratories.
