During the show, COLINES® will exhibit several machines in operation:
• the latest version of the ALLrollEX®-2000 cast line producing 7-layer stretch film, equipped with the new generation AllSPEEDY® winder (covered by 5 patents) for machine and jumbo reels.
During the exhibition the line will be producing the newest Superpower film with a formulation developed in cooperation with ExxonMobil: with this particular formulation, in thickness of 12 micron and with a prestretch of the film over 300%, the production speed is up to 750 m/min
• the newest PRErollEX®-1000 concept line producing 5-layer pre-stretched in-line film with a winding speed over 1000 m/min.
After many attempts from various machine manufacturers in the past to obtain this type of pre-stretched in-line film, COLINES® is proud to be the first to show this solution in operation during the show.
• The newest ALLWRAPPER®-BASIC orbital bundle wrapping machine representing an innovative revolutionary packaging system. It uses stretch film as substrate to perform bundle-wrapping over a huge number of different products instead of using thermo- shrinkable film, i.e. bottles, cans, dispensers, etc.
Regardless the product the be bundled, the mechanical characteristics guaranteed by stretch film along with the intrinsically money-saving wrapping process (avoiding shrink tunnel), permits an outcome of more than 50% saving on packaging material and more than 90% saving on energy consumption.
