Thanks to research, innovation, and attention to the market needs, this machine offers a number of advantages: flexibility of making coils with different lengths (not only standard lengths 100 and 50 m but also special lengths such as 25, 15, and 10 m), the possibility of combining 2 different lengths in order to increase max speed, smallest reel ID available on market (reel min ID just 100 mm), very high coiling speeds (over 75 m/min), high autonomy before strap roll change (17.5 hours with single strapping unit and 26 hours with double strapping unit), perfect shape and solid coils thanks to the “strap and film” packaging, all of that minding sustainability as the TR0601XSC, like all FB Balzanelli coilers, can use PET straps that are normally 100% recycled from bottles.
