The Piovan Group will be present at Fakuma with its brands Piovan, Pelletron, Aquatech and Fdm - to display its complete range of dedusting, feeding, conveying, storage, drying, dosing, temperature control and cooling systems.
Modula drying system |
Visitors will be able to see a system in operation equipped with Modula centralised drying system, Easylink+ automatic coupling station, Quantum gravimetric batch blend with remote mixer, Easy3+ system centralised transport management, all monitored by Winfactory 4.0, the Piovan supervision software that ensures maximum efficiency of production processes.
The Pelletron brand will be exhibiting the DeDuster® XP15 dust collector, a series designed for the plastics production and compounding industry, compact that due to its low height, the DeDuster® XP Series can be installed on bagging machines or moved under or between storage silos.
DigitempEvo water-cooled termochiller |
Under the Aquatech brand, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the DigitempEvo water-cooled termochiller. On display for the first time will be the new model of the Easytherm temperature controller series, which, thanks to its inverter-driven pump, maximises the heat exchange of the fluid in the moulds, optimising the production process in terms of production capacity and reducing cycle time and operating costs.
Fdm will be exhibiting GDS, the loss-in-weight gravimetric batch blender for pellets, flakes, regrind, additives and powders.
It will also be possible to access a virtual environment dedicated to PET and Blown Film, with a view to offering a complete overview of the machines supplied by the Group thanks to virtual reality.
Visitors will also be able to see some of the analysis instruments, including Moisture Minder, the solution for the on-line measurement of moisture in plastic granules, and Odor Minder, the electronic nose developed by Piovan that can be supplied with Easypure and provides an immediate evaluation of the effectiveness of the odour removal process from the treated granule, for greater control of the deodorisation process.
