With the new CENTERVIEW PRO, SIKORA takes the eccentricity measurement to a new level. The models CENTERVIEW 10 and CENTERVIEW 25 for diameters from 0.1 to 25 mm measure the eccentricity, diameter and ovality of cables with up to 5,000 highly precise measuring values per second per axis. The extremely short exposure time of less than 1/1,000,000 seconds ensures accurate results, even at high production speeds and vibrations.
With the new LASER PRO, SIKORA sets new standards in diameter measurement. Based on the proven LASER series, the model family offers three variants for product dimensions from 0.1 to 51 mm. The high measuring rate guarantees accurate measuring values and in addition, the extremely short exposure time ensures precise measuring results even at the highest line speed.
The LM SMART extends the portfolio by a non-contact length measuring system with an accuracy of 0.05 %. In contrast to conventional measuring methods, there is no wear or slippage. Once set up, the system measures permanently and reliably the length of cables without calibration.
In the energy cable production, the X-RAY 8000 has been providing precise measuring values for the highest quality and efficiency for more than 30 years. At the Interwire, SIKORA presents the third generation, the X-RAY 8000 ADVANCED, which measures wall thickness, eccentricity and diameter in CV lines and provides measuring values without delay. The X-RAY 8700 NXT, positioned at the end of the line, records the final product dimensions. The combined use of these systems enables an optimal process control and maximum efficiency.
The PURITY SCANNER ADVANCED detects contamination from 50 µm in the pellet using X-ray technology and optical cameras and automatically sorts it out. This ensures that only pure material is processed, which increases quality and reduces follow-up costs.
